Our Introduction

The servicing arm of the Globe Engineering Group.

Globe Express Services Sdn Bhd (GES) was established on 27 October 1997 by Globe Engineering Sdn Bhd to service and maintain the fire protection systems the group installs. Today we supply, install, service and maintain fire protection systems and wet chemical systems for offices, hotels, hospitals, malls, factories, warehouses, residences and transit infrastructure.

We also help architects, M&E consultants and building owners with Bomba matters, from drawing endorsement to the annual Fire Certificate.

Complete care for your building's fire protection.

From routine servicing to upgrades and Bomba approvals, one team looks after every part of your fire safety.

Servicing & Maintenance

Scheduled servicing on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and on-request contracts, including maintenance during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Repairs & Breakdowns

Fault-finding and repair of pumps, panels, valves, detectors and pipework. Our technicians are on call around the clock.

Contracting & Upgrading

Supply, installation, modification and upgrading of fire protection systems, including fit-out and renovation works.

Fire Extinguishers

Bomba-registered supply and servicing of portable dry powder and carbon dioxide extinguishers, handled by our 15-technician extinguisher department.

Fire Certificate & Bomba Matters

A team of 9 full-time staff helps you get Bomba endorsement for drawings, the Fire Certificate for Occupancy and the annual Fire Certificate, at a minimal fee.

Wet Chemical & Gas Systems

Servicing of kitchen wet chemical systems and CO₂ / FM200 gas suppression systems for server rooms, switch rooms and other critical areas.

Dame Wendyy Tan Kay Tin

MD / CEO

Dame Wendyy Tan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) from Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, and has led the organisation for 36 years. In 2012 she received the Dame of Honour from the Order of the Orthodox Knights of St. John, Russian Grand Priory, USA.

Syed Mohd Azizi B. Syed Saidin

Executive Director

Holds a Bachelor of Mechanical System Engineering from UPM and has 28 years of experience in the industry.

Darlene Tan Pei Gen

Director (Bomba Matters)

Holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering, and is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt. She leads all Bomba coordination and has 13 years of fire protection experience.

Leads our maintenance operations and brings 34 years of experience in the industry.
